What is Tai Chi Gung?

Imagine a 3,300 year old regenerative system originating from the energy of nature that combines gentle movement with balanced breathing, designed with the intent to enhance your physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Is Tai Chi Gung a bad fit for me?

The Tai Chi Gung exercises are designed to meet you at your individual mobility level.

These gentle, low-impact movements, sometimes referred to as “simple yoga,” often provide renewing relaxation and stress relief even in the first class.

If practiced over time they also bring balanced strength and flexibility.

What can I expect in a free, introductory Tai Chi Gung class?

Class opens with a few minutes of gentle warm-up exercises.

For the next 20-30 minutes we move through the “Four Standing Excercises.”

Finally, we finish with a break and Q and A if desired.

There’s no need to break a sweat but you’re welcome to bring water if you’d like.

Wear comfortable street clothes.

All ages 16+ are welcome.

About 90% of participants feel the energy in their first class.

All fitness levels are welcome.
